Thank you for your interest in becoming a UFOCON Vendor! Since starting UFOCON, we have met so many amazing artisans, makers, and small business owners from across the country. If you are interested in joining us as a vendor in 2020 events, please fill out the application below.
Our Selection Process
The UFOCON team members review and select vendors according to originality, product variation, branding and display in relation to how we want to portray our first class UFOCON image. Vendors are not necessarily limited to just UFO or paranormal items -- we consider other merchandise that may fit the needs of our guests too. Every submitted application is reviewed by a selection committee, and then invitations are extended to those selected to attend.
Due to the amount of applications we anticipate to receive, it is unfortunately not possible to invite every vendor who applies. If selected, vendors must provide declare their own Florida sales tax, provide us a copy of certificate of insurance*, signed contract (provided by UFOCON), any other necessary permits and pay the vendor participation fee. We will also not be donating any tables to charity this time. Authors who are published with BMK Publishing will still receive their complimentary book signing table.
One Vendor Space is $425 for the entire weekend.
